This page describes two different poster submission types:

1. Trainee and Early Stage Investigator (ESI) Award Applicant

Deadline: May 15, 2025

2. Regular Poster Submission

Deadline: May 15, 2025

Accepted posters confer a reduced registration fee.

All poster submissions are for in-person attendance only. The intention is to provide a unique, rich educational and networking experience with peers, veteran researchers, clinicians and affected families, as equal attendees.

1. Trainee and Early Stage Investigator (ESI) Award Applicant

Trainees:

Students, post-baccalaureate or postdoctoral trainees, residents, fellows, within 3 years of completion of terminal degree or clinical training (as of July 25, 2025)

Early Stage Investigators: Faculty within 3 years of completion of terminal degree or clinical training (as of July 25, 2025)

Award:

  1. a free symposium registration
  2. up to $1,500 in eligible travel expenses (per federal travel rules)*
  3. the opportunity to present your poster orally at the Symposium

Jurors:
RASopathiesNet’s Scientific Advisory Board and Symposium Planning Committee

Expectations:

  1. Participation in the Opening Reception, Friday, July 25, 2025, 7:30-9:00pm US Eastern Time
  2. Oral presentation at a symposium plenary session, To Be Determined on Saturday, July 26 or Sunday, July 27, 2025
  3. Participation in one of the RASopathy family group Break-out Sessions, Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 1:10pm-4:00pm US Eastern Time

Notification of Grantees: Grantees will be notified no later than June 7, 2025.

– reduced registration fee confirmed on approval by jurors.

How to Submit:  After registering for the symposium [registration form coming soon], go [HERE [Poster Abstract Submission form link coming soon]] to complete the poster abstract submission form and upload your document(s).

All posters will be reviewed for scientific rigor and relevance.
